DeliveryWaiters.com is Winston-Salem's Premiere Restaurant Marketing & Delivery Service.

We deliver Winston-Salem's Finest restaurants directly to your home, office, hotel or dorm room.

Our professional and courteous mobile waiters carry thermal insulated delivery bags to ensure that your food is delivered hot and fresh each and every time we knock on your door. We are not your "typical delivery" for many reasons, including the wide variety of cuisines that are now available via delivery that were not available before. You will also be very pleased at the appearance of our drivers as they look just like fine dining servers.  We are here to change the face of "food delivery" for good.

What areas do you currently service?

We  service the Hanes Mall area, Buena Vista and Downtown Winston-Salem. Our "delivery zones" are WS South, WS North, WS Central, WFU and Downtown. So be sure to keep on the lookout.  

Is there an order minimum and how long does it take for delivery?

Yes, we have a $15.00 food order minimum. The minimum is for food only and does not include an automatic 15% gratuity or delivery fee. Our Standard Estimated Delivery is between 45-60 minutes, however, please allow additional time for possible traffic and weather issues as well as delivery for one customer from multiple restaurant locations, or out of standard delivery area orders.

What are your charges? 

We charge a minimum delivery fee starting at $4.99 for online orders and $5.99 for call in orders. Additional fees occur for deliveries out of the standard delivery area based on your zip code. All orders also have a customary 15% driver gratuity added for your convenience.

How do I claim my Rewards Points?

Each point you earn is equal to a $0.05 credit. To claim your points you can either call or email us with the amount of points that you want to claim and we can credit your current order or send you a coupon for your next order. (If you are paying with a debit card then I would suggest the coupon, this way your bank account will not have the money held twice if we adjust the current order).

Our standard delivery fee is $4.99 per restaurant for all orders placed online, and $5.99 for orders that are placed through our call center. Minimum orders are required depending on the market and time of the day. The delivery fee does not include gratuity for the delivery waiter, therefore, a complimentary 15% gratuity will be added to all orders for your inconvenience.

Lunch delivery Mon-Fri 11-2pm(with a 24 hour advanced notice)

Dinner delivery Mon-Sat 5:30-9pm

How are refunds and credits processed?
